Playing around with a summer ravioli dish tonight.

Mushroom ravioli, sautéed corn, shallot brown butter, aged Parmigiano emulsion, lime zest, and a charred garlic scape.

The idea was earthy, sweet, rich, bright, and a little smoky. Pretty happy with where this one landed.
