After a much needed twelve- hour slumber, I woke up famished- my last proper meal had been at the Polaris Lounge in SFO, flowed only by light snack en route to Phoenix. By the time I sat down down at Westin Kerirland’s Antidote Bar, I was ready for something truly satisfying.
Enter Wastin’s Signature Burger: two perfectly seasoned patties cloaked in milder cheese, served with caramelized onions, fresh lettuce, vine ripened tomatoes, sharp onions and tangy pickles. Each bite was a revelation— rich and juicy the sweetness of onions balancing the savory depth of beef, with just the right crunch of freshness in between. The flavors didn’t just blend, they danced together in your tastebuds.
Yes, it was gloriously messy to eat— but that’s the tru hallmark of a great burger: the juicier, the tastier, the messier.
