This week's was not only an ode to the wonderful Japanese snack, onigiri, but also an appreciation for our friends . Every Saturday , we look for their cute Onigiri Truck. Their food is delicious!

My right- hand man wanted to try our hand at creating some. We had fun! Like us, some of our farmer's market loves tried something new.

Our friends provided some guidance and tools to help us execute these bad boys for our Pittsboro markets.

Onigiri Our Way: Our ode to the classic Japanese grab-and-go sandwich 3 ways. Classic tuna mayo, spicy salmon, and soy glazed , local mushrooms, with sticky rice, wrapped in seaweed. Served with our housemade kimchi, togarashi aioli, and pickled daikon radish. It's the perfect summer snack.

Hello Lovelies!

This week's is 's Greek salad wrap with grilled chicken. Featuring olives, feta cheese, local tomatoes, red onions, mixed greens, and our housemade tzatziki. Served with our Z'atar spiced chips.

Catch us on double market duty this Saturday, May 15, 2026.

We'll be at 501 Foster Street from 8 a.m. to noon with a few of these on hand as well as ready to eat Jamaican beef patties and our curry chicken and potato buns.

Then swing by at 1016 Old Oxford Road from noon to 4 p.m. for vibes, a Greek salad wrap, some chicken fried rice (for lunch...or dinner), and a slice of buttermilk pie!

Hello Lovelies!

We won't be at the market this week. We've got a graduate on our hands and a jam-packed week of end of the year events for the kiddos. From award ceremonies to field day, we need to be present for our littles.

So, we'll see you all next week with curry sourdough loaves, donut glazed cruffins, chicken pot pies, and more!

To all my lovelies who purchased a smoked mushroom focaccia at yesterday's market, come to the front.

You've been refunded. This bake was not my best. We didn't receive any complaints, but I tasted it, after market, and wasn't pleased. You all know we're serious about the food we put out. And if it's not 100%, we don't sell it. Well, this batch snuck past me. So, I've refunded the 6 lovelies who purchased it.

We stand by our food and hold ourselves to the highest standards. We'll see you next week with a new flavor as we tweak and twerk on this one.

This week's celebrates Cinco de Mayo 's way with a birria fried rice.

Tender, braised beef that's cooked in a rich broth of chiles, garlic, and spices. Set atop a bed of fried, yellow rice featuring chayote, fresh corn, peas and carrots. Topped with a healthy helping of fresh cilantro and white onion, it's a celebration worthy dish.

If you missed our , no worries. We're running it back this Thursday . We'll be there from 3-6 p.m. Place an order online, or pull up early.

Not giving up! Just took a few days to rest this nerve, and we're back. coming in hot with 's Piri Piri Chicken for this Thursday from 3-6 p.m.

Roasted chicken in a piri piri pepper sauce. Served with jollof rice, harissa spiced carrots, and a housemade herbed tzatziki.
