5 Year old registered Percheron Mare (bred) and yearling filly available. She is due in May. She has been my best horse. 17+ hands Broke to Drive, Ride, Log and Farm. Totally traffic safe. Used her for my little carraige business in town. Her foal just turned a year (not registered) still green but friendly. These are easy keepers, live out on pasture with cows eating cow hay and grass all year. When you need to work her just grab her and go. Would like to sell together but willing to split them up. Hoping to sell before she foals. If they dont sell they will go to Mt. hope for mid ohio draft. Asking 12,@@@ will consider all offers. we are moving and logistics will be hard to take them.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Thank you to all the volunteers, the business donations, and of course, the guests! The Christmas Carriage rides at St. Ann's was a success despite the weather! Lots of cookies and hot chocolate went out, lots of goodie bags filled, and many carriage rides taken!

Although the rain wasn't ideal, it was still a good time! Thank you again for coming out!

The horses and wagon will be at Dresden's favorite event on October 19th & 20th! Look for the HWY Coal Carriage Co. signs and grab a ride with the kids!

This is the post I just put on the Dresden, Ohio facebook group. It won't let you share so I am posting it as well.

In 4 weeks The Education of Yesterday's 20th Annual Farm Show will take place. October 19-20, 2024. Saturday 10 - 5. Sunday 11 - 4. 3685 Cass Irish Ridge Road Dresden, Ohio. Located at the intersection of SR16 and SR60. We kindly ask for a donation for the admission fee. Field demonstrations. Weather permitting. Antique tractors. Every size, Every color. Every shape. The Captain Bryant Grist Mill will be open. The large toy farm display on the 2nd and 3rd floors are a must see. Tickets are $1 each for the train rides and running the digger. Food and craft vendors will be on the grounds. We hope you make plans to attend our family fun event.

Coming 3 year old, Fulda, will be at the Mid Ohio Draft Horse Sale at Mt. Hope October, 11th!

One of the nicest horses I’ve ever been around! Fulda is a coal black, old-style Percheron with a long tail. She has been with us since she was 4 months old, and has been handled daily since she was a baby. It's made her a very gentle and kind horse. Fulda is even-tempered, able to lead and drive, and ready to learn. She does well with other horses and in the stall. She'll pick her feet up and is desensitized to farm animals and equipment. She has NOT been worked hard so her joints should last well into old age.

Come give her an excellent home, on October 10th and 11th at Mt. Hope!
