Today is the day that a dream that turned into a plan has turned into reality! Westbluff Market is opening its doors for the very first time with a soft launch. We have been so amazed with all of the people that have come out!

Is this the most exciting reel that you’ll see all day, hell no. But we need to break our silence and we are doing it with apple chips baby!

We just got back from a much needed vacation to visit a dear friend in Phoenix. There, we ate and made apple chips every day. We fell in love with them! They are so delicious and so simple. No better way to use our dehydrator for the very first time!

Honestly, this has been a really challenging and eye opening experience. Starting a business, especially one with two people that are professional over thinkers, has lead to a lot of hard conversations, late nights, and a ton of self reflection. We are still here! We are still opening our mobile unit! And we are still fighting to MAKE LOCAL FOOD EASIER!

Thank you to everyone for your patience and kindness. We are so close but so far at the same time, but we are in progress 🫶
