Hello,
It appears as if someone reported our business page claiming that we are operating a business out of a residence.

The address that was provided on this page was in fact a residence (My residence) but it is not the place where any of our food will be prepped or cooked.

The intention with the address was to provide a location so that if anyone needed to come and discuss any business they'll know where to find us.

All operations are to be done in a commercial kitchen located in Charleston, WV, not in the Dunbar address that was provided and to avoid any confusion the address had been removed.

I hope this clears up any confusion and if anyone has any question or any concern, feel free to reach out.

Introductory post!

Hello WV!
My name is Eliezer "Eli" Escalera.
I am the Chef/Owner of Flame and Flavor!
I've been in the restaurant business for well over a decade now, having worked in restaurants in Places such as Puerto Rico, Rhode island and the Mid-west, mostly in Japanese/Asian establishments.

While Sushi and asian cuisine as a whole is something I truly love, I also love my Caribbean/Puertorrican food and culture as well.

Flame and Flavor is a concept that I hope will allow me to bring both this things in a unique way and offer the people of this great state another exciting option for your next meal!

As you read this we are already moving forward with catering events and in the next coming weeks we'll be setting up in different spots around the city to offer this community a taste of what we have in store for you all!
