180 Brownies 7 different flavors with different fillings and toppings!
4 Custom Cakes
300 Classic Cookies
4 dozen XL Specialty Cookies
2 dozen Dipped Berries

Plus delivery day to the shop, a summerween celebration, Dr appointments, and back to school shopping!

Who’s ready for school to start back up? Not me!!! This weeks lineup for the shop will be classic cookies and they will be on sale! So run down and get your $1 classic cookies and give those kiddos a treat in their lunchboxes or yourself 🤷🏻‍♀️ This baker breaks even on ingredient/packaging cost for these sales but they make me happy and I love throwing out these types of sales randomly throughout the year just to give everyone a chance to indulge!

The new Brownie was inspired by my original S’mores Brownie! The Cookie Butter S’mores has a Biscoff Cookie Butter crumble crust, my classic fudge brownie middle, and topped with a Cookie Butter Marshmallow Fluff Buttercream, and extra extra cookie butter drizzle!

Restock o’clock at The Itty Bitty Committee!

And it’s SUMMERWEEN 🥹🥹🥹 So yes I brought the flavor AND the visual spookyness this week!

XL Specialty Cookies:

Mummy’s Fave- a cookie in my mom’s favorite flavor, WEDDING CAKE!

Green Goblin- a shockingly green frosted funfetti cookie!

Cookies and Scream- cookies and cream with an orange base.

Spooky S’mores- a customer favorite flavor with a little Halloween twist.

Dulce de Leche Churro- a brown sugar cinnamon churro cookie, topped with Dulce de Leche frosting, and a deep purple spooky factor just for funsies!

Chocolate Chip M&M- fan favorite with only the fall colors, and yes I did in fact hand pick out all the reds and blues 🤣

This week I made all the 12 packs with 1/2 classic pumpkin spice, and 1/2 brown sugar crumble pumpkin spice! Grab a pack and tell me which you prefer! We’re a house divided, but I’m partial to the crumble because it’s just so good!

If you aren’t a huge Harry Potter fan the pink cake is, in fact, supposed to look like a toddler wrote on top 🤣 both the pink cake and the purple, mint, and white cake are in the movies, and the yellow is a hufflepuff house themed cake!

Y’all sold me out so quick last week! So we’re back but with different flavors. This weeks lineup at The Itty Bitty Committee is Krispy Treats!

Xl Krispy Treats:

New* Lemon Drop- a delicate lemon flavored rice krispy, with lemon Oreos, and a white chocolate lemon ganache drizzle!

Salted Caramel- only repeat this week cause it’s a fan fave!

Cookies and Cream- Rice Krispies, Oreos, and white chocolate! What’s not to love about this classic flavor 🤷🏻‍♀️

Cookie Butter- Cookie Butter Rice Krispies, with biscoff cookie crumbs, and extra cookie butter drizzle!

S’mores- golden graham cereal base, with extra marshmallows, and tons of chocolate chunks!

Sugar Cookie- a sugar cookie rice crispy base topped with sprinkles! Run don’t walk 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ my kiddos second fave next to cookies and cream!

Edible Cookie Dough:

Brookie- Chocolate Chip and Brownie batter yep can’t go wrong!
Brown sugar cinnamon- snickerdoodle’s slightly sweeter cousin, and my go to for comfort in bite sized form!

It’s The Itty Bitty Committee restock day!! Woo hoo 📣📣📣🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

This week two of the items I brought are highly requested items that are always such a huge hit!

XL Rice Krispies:

Salted Caramel-Rich Extra Extra Caramel and my first gourmet rice krispy creation!

Banana Pudding-This one is a craving that I only indulge in when orders are placed so I was excited to make these again 🤣 a banana pudding rice krispy, mixed with vanilla wafers, topped with a banana marshmallow fluff, and more nilla wafers of course!

Fruity Pebbles- ya know the drill 🫡

Lucky Charms- the ooey gooey favorite of all the kiddos!

Double Marshmallow- The classic Rice Krispy but add double Marshmallowy Goodness!

Macarons:

Cookie Butter- one of my top selling macarons, if you haven’t tried a macaron for fear of not liking them this is the one to try first! 🙂‍↕️

It’s my oldest birthday next week and all she wants to do is to swim swim swim so we’re going to take her to do just that! But momma’s gotta book that hotel first so here we are!
