Now that all my orders have been picked up and enjoyed I can post these two beauties!

All my orders this weekend were a joy to make, but these two were the only photos I took 😮‍💨

Each of these had handmade pieces that took a total of 5 hours to finish and that’s before placing on the cake itself! Piped buttercream flowers that were then hand placed, edible chocolate letters (these took the longest time out of everything), custom colored fondant, cut and hand placed, and each fruit, and caterpillar are backed with fondant and placed on the cake as well!

June is such a jam packed month with so many important memories and dates to a lot of different people!

One of those is my wedding anniversary! So this weeks theme is: My “Batter” Half! It’s a mashup of cookies and cake 😘

And since it’s also Pride month, where we celebrate our love and differences, Men’s Mental health awareness month, and in this house we take mental health very seriously, and this month also includes the Freedom Day Juneteenth, every cookie cake, cake slice, and cookie bar have an extra sticker this week!

I’ve been baking, and listening to audio books for days!! And forgot to make my The Itty Bitty Committee lineup post 😬😬

This weeks cookie lineup theme: Cookies Inspired by other cookies 👏🏻👏🏻

Xl Specialty Cookies:

Not-So-Thin-Mint: A Chocolate mint cookie base, with a mint Truffle ganache, topped with a thin mint cookie.

Tag-Along-With-Me: a sugar cookie base, with from scratch peanut butter filling, dipped in ganache, and topped with a tagalong cookie.

Caramel Coconut Delights- a sugar cookie base, with a chewy caramel and toasted coconut topping, both drizzled and dipped in dark chocolate, topped with a Samoa cookie.

Cookies and Cream: cookies and cream cookie base filled with Hersheys cookies and cream chocolate, white chocolate chips, and drizzled with white chocolate.

Cookie Butter: You know this one, a customer fave, but I gave it extra extra drizzle and crumble 💋

Circus Animal: a funfetti cookie base, with crumbled frosted animal cookies, sprinkles, white chocolate chips, and topped with white chocolate drizzle and another cookie!

Cakes, cupcakes, more cakes, and sprinkle in some cookies! This baker has been BUSY! So just two fridge pictures is the most I could snag in between other orders and prepping for the shop! (Shop lineup posted tomorrow)

Thank you to everyone who trusts me with their special celebrations, and having faith in my ability to make those requests come to life 🫶🏻

First cake is from a family that ALWAYS has the best themes for cakes! They’re always coming up with the prettiest ideas! I tried online and in person finding faux florals and honestly none of them were vibing so ya girl decided yup I’m making them! It definitely gave me the artistic side of things I’ve been itching to get out of me!

Second cake is from a family that’s always picking my FAVORITE flavors to work with 👀👀 so you know I had to make some extra for the house!! And man oh man that soft ganache filling just 👩‍🍳💋🤌🏻 perfection!

This cake is my new fave and such a joy to create!

Amazingly enough it gave me zero problems! If you’ve ever made a detailed cake like this you know, one bubble, one slip and it’s all over, it’s a full scrape and start over 😬

The vibe was witchy apothecary, plus cottage core mushrooms! The moment you google anything with cottage core in the name it’s all “fairy” type cottage core and that was not the vibe we were going for! So I found more of a color palate on a cake that I enjoyed and ran with it!

I hand made all the mushrooms, mixed and sealed all the potions myself, and then RAN to The Itty Bitty Committee because I remembered seeing this crystal witch on the shelves and she was absolutely the PERFECT touch!

AND a new flavor has been added to my list BUTTERFINGER! That’s right this cake is Butterfinger inspired under all this beautification!

I hope it’s the most magical birthday ever!!! Happy happy birthday!
