Fee Fi Fo Fudge and Other Confections We have quality sweets for everyone. Creamy fudge, sweet & buttery toffee, fudge-filled cookies. I began years ago to make fudge during the holidays.

It was so much FUN! The first year I ended up making 18 different flavors for my family and friends. My boys and I started selling on a regular basis this summer after a very successful City-wide garage sale. The money we earn is for extra curricular activities for the boys and has enabled my oldest son to participate on the local swim team. One other goal of mine is to create good chocolate treat

s with no cane sugar and no artificial sweeteners. My "No Sugar Fudgy Treats" are all sweetened with a combination of Crystalline Fructose and Brown Rice Syrup. I am never too upset if they don't sell out because that means there is more for me! (Both of these ingredients are used in some products for diabetics, however, you should check with your physician first if you are on a restricted diet.)

PRETZEL TOFFEE!!!
At the craft show last month I had an woman stop and ask if I ever thought of making toffee with pretzels instead of nuts 🤯... You still get the crunch but it's safe for those with nut allergies.

Surprisingly, I had not. But it sounded like a fantastic idea.💡

I hope that she started following my page because I have made a small test batch and samples will be available at the Garden Hub today.

In the kitchen today ... Cookie dough ( because I didn't get them done yesterday, although I did make some sugar free nut clusters which weren't on my list), at least two batches of fudge and some sugar free nut clusters.
The music will be provided by RUSH. One of my absolute favorite bands. I'll start with their latest album and work my way back to the beginning. 😁🎶🎵
