Dropped off the food for tomorrow’s event. Caprese salad, Watermelon Feta salad, Roast Beef, Turkey, American and Italian (yes, real Italian with prosciutto, capicola, Hot soppresata and Genoa Salami) hoagies on fresh baked bread. Grilled chicken Caesar wraps and salad as well as Caesar salad, all with freshly grated (wraps) or shaved Parmesan cheese. Pulled Pork and slaw with fresh baked buns.

A lamb burger with romaine, tomato, cucumbers topped with Fresno chili peppers, red onion and in the final photo a homemade tzatziki sauce. The tzatziki sauce was also used as a dipping sauce for the hand cut fries. Looking forward to this being on the menu.
