Twin Brooks Maple Quality Maple Syrup and Maple Products Twin Brooks Maple was founded in 2008 in my hometown of Newark Valley, NY, a small town in the Central New York Region.

We are a small family maple syrup business. We do everything ourselves, from harvesting the sap to preparing and packaging the finished product for the table. We currently make Grade A syrups (light, medium, and dark), molded maple sugar candies, and maple butter cream, and plan to diversify our product line even further in the future. We currently sell our product locally in several locations acr

Today is opening day for Twin Brooks Maple's new farm stand at The Windmill Farm and Craft Market! Catch us from 8 to 4:30 to get your maple fix--traditional syrup, cream, candies, and maple ice cream/custard!! We also have Wixon honey, creamed honey, and honey comb at the stand. 🍁🍯🐝. Hi folks, glad to be back online to share our most exciting development! Besides being very busy in the woods for the Spring 2025 maple season, which is drawing to a close, we are ready to unveil our latest development...Luke has purchased Dave Schiek's maple booth at The Windmill Farm and Craft Market, which we will be operating as Twin Brooks Maple, our own family business. We are thrilled to finally have a retail location as the capstone of our maple business. Luke has been making syrup for more than 20 years, learning at home with his father & neighbors (Newark Valley), then leasing woods here in the Fingerlakes, building the sap house at our home in Dundee in 2015, and finally purchasing our own woods in Urbana in 2020. Now we are so happy to leap forward yet again with this new venue.
