Twin Brooks Maple Quality Maple Syrup and Maple Products Twin Brooks Maple was founded in 2008 in my hometown of Newark Valley, NY, a small town in the Central New York Region.

We are a small family maple syrup business. We do everything ourselves, from harvesting the sap to preparing and packaging the finished product for the table. We currently make Grade A syrups (light, medium, and dark), molded maple sugar candies, and maple butter cream, and plan to diversify our product line even further in the future. We currently sell our product locally in several locations across the Fingerlakes, Ithaca, and Binghamton areas; private sales are available by request.
