Curious about our process from corn kernel to tortilla?

Let us fill your brain with knowledge and your belly with nutrition.

Itā€™s all about Nixtamalization! An ancient process in which the corn kernel is soaked in a mineral lime (calcium) solution. This process creates a corn dough called masa that is used to make our tortillas that are deep in flavor, have increased calcium content, improved protein bioavailability, reduced mycotoxins and improved vitamin B3 content.
