Need a new fun way to enjoy your Zia Tortilla Chips? Try a jalapeño popper dip! 🌶️🧀🥓

10 slices bacon
4 fresh jalapeños
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt or 1/4 teaspoon table salt
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Cook the bacon then cook the jalapeños in a little bit of leftover bacon grease. Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min. Serve with Zia Tortilla chips 😊

Been craving Zia Tortilla Chips and elote corn dip! Here’s a recipe😊

6 Ears of Sweet Corn small to medium in size, shucked, silk removed
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sour Cream
2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice about 1 1/2 juicy limes
1 teaspoon Fresh Garlic minced
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Pickled Jalapeño Rings chopped fine
1/4 teaspoon Ancho Chili Powder or Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Smoky Paprika
1/2 cup Cotija Cheese crumbled
1/3 cup Fresh Cilantro

Zia Tortilla chips and this slow cooker buffalo chicken dip will be a winner at any game day party! 🏈

Recipe:
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded (about 1.5 lbs.)
1 cup buffalo wing sauce
2 (8 oz.) blocks cream cheese, cubed and softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Blue cheese crumbles (optional)
