SkiCountryGrocer, an established grocery delivery company that has served destination travelers and home owners from Vail to Aspen for the past 14 years, is looking for the right applicants for a driver position as well as a shopper.

The Driver job is full-time seasonal for the winter ski season. Come join our team - generous compensation in a fun environment where no two days are the same. On average, expect 30-35 hours a week but it varies throughout the season - must be able to work longer hours during the busy periods.

Delivery Drivers use our company delivery vans. Must be experienced and comfortable driving in all weather conditions with a clean driving record a must. Some heavy lifting is part of the job. You must be organized, able to think and work independently and react to changing circumstances that might arise throughout the day.

The Shopper position is Part-Time Thanksgiving thru mid April. It involves shopping and packing orders for delivery. Working as part of a team and attention to detail is extremely important. Hours are typically in the mornings through early afternoon - a bit longer during the busy periods.

Drivers and shoppers must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Vail opens on Friday!! with lots of snow in the past week and more predicted to arrive this weekend, it is the perfect time for a quick early season getaway. And don't forget to order from skicountrygrocer.com so all you'll have to worry about is how many vertical feet you can ski in one day!!!

Great article. Don't forget to order from ski country grocer before you arrive, so you don't have to hassle with the small, crowded supermarket upon your arrival, but rather you will already have your favorite wine chilling and your favorite cheese and crackers already for you in your condo.

From a Wi-Fi-equipped gondola to smart lift tickets, the Vail experience has been transformed. A veteran skier returns to the resort to see if new also means improved.
