OMG!! Look at this easy recipe!

Ice Cream Bread

Recipe:
2 cups vanilla ice cream (softened, not sugar free, not yogurt, or low fat! You need Full Fat)
1 Party Time Mixes Chocolate Cake Dessert Mix (any dessert mix or cocktail mix)
1 and 1/2 cups of self rising flour

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour an 8×4 inch loaf pan.

Mix the ice cream, dessert mix and flour together in a bowl just until combined and pour in.

Smooth it out so it looks even.

Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool for a while and then serve..

Poof! You have bread!

** Go with bold flavors of dessert or cocktail mixes. Don’t forget, you can also add extra ingredients into the mix to make it less plain and more flavorful like chocolate chips, etc.

Cracked Crab Seafood Salad

Recipe:
1 package PTM Cracked Crab Dip Mix
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 lb cooked large shell pasta (or pasta of your choice, cooked, drained and rinsed in cold water)
1 cup frozen peas
1 lb imitation crab meat (or seafood of your choice)

Instructions:
Combine mayo, sour cream and Cracked Crab Mix until well mixed. Add this mixture and peas to the cooked pasta and gently mix. Chill for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!

Guacamole Dip

Recipe:
4 large avocados mashed well then add the Texas Ranch dip mix and 3 tbs. of sour cream. Mix all the ingredients very well. Enjoy!

Buttercream Cheese Frosting - Drizzle Glaze by Cristine O'Neal Williams

Recipe:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, slightly softened (or 1 stick salted & 1 stick unsalted)
(8-ounce) package chilled cream cheese
2½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
½ package of any flavor Party Time Mixes (PTM) dessert mix you fancy
3 - 3½ cups confectioners’ sugar, spooned in cup, leveled off & sifted**

Preparation:
Using an electric stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, or handheld mixer and large bowl, beat butter on medium speed until creamy. Add cream cheese and vanilla; beat until fully incorporated. Gradually increase mixer speed to high and continue beating until light and fluffy, scraping down the sides of bowl as necessary with rubber spatula. Gradually add 3 - 3½ cups confectioners’ sugar, beating on low speed (stir), until well combined. Add additional confectioners’ sugar until desired consistency for spreading and level of sweetness is reached. Beat on high speed until well combined and smooth while scraping down sides of bowl as necessary, about 1 to 2 minutes. Before frosting cake layers, rebeat buttercream to ensure smoothness. It can also be heated slightly to make a drizzle glaze.

*Using the PTM Dessert Mixes will add sweetness to this recipe therefore **before adding too much sugar, continue to sample the Buttercream until the desired sweetness is reached.

Stuffed Cinnamon Swirl Cookies by Rachael Belt

Recipe:
1 package sugar cookie mix
1 stick of butter
1 egg
1 TBSP milk
1 package Party Time Mixes Cinnamon Swirl Dessert Mix
1 package Party Time Mixes New York Cheesecake Dessert Mix
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz whipped cream

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Combine cookie mix, butter, milk, egg and 1 Party Time Mixes Dessert Mix

3. Bake cookies 8-10

4. While cookies are baking, prepare the second Party Time Mixes Dessert Mix. Mixing together the cream cheese, whipped cream and dessert mix.

5. Refrigerate the dip while the cookies are baking.

6. Once cookies have cooled take to cookies and place a spoonful of the dip mix in the middle.

**The dessert mixes can be substituted for any flavor you choose.

Cake Batter Martini by Kelly Freed

Recipe:
4-6 shots Cake Vodka
3 Cups Milk
1 Party Time Mixes Birthday Cake Cocktail Mix
1/4 to 1/2 cup White Cake Mix

Instructions:
In a blender, add milk, vodka and cocktail mix. Cover and blend on low for 30 seconds and then switch to blending on high for 1 minute.

Add 1/4 cup cake mix (1/2 cup white cake mix if it's not the consistency you want). Blend for another 30 seconds.

Rim glasses in honey and dip into colorful sprinkles. Pour birthday cake martini mixutre into prepared glasses. Add some sprinkles onto top of cocktail mixutre in the glass and watch the colors start to float upward.

Serve and enjoy!

Optional: Add whipped topping on top if desired.

NOTE: If you want less creaminess.... add about 1/2 cup of ice in the blender.....

Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookies by Tereasa Barrera

Recipe 1 cup (two sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups (12 oz. pkg) chocolate chips
1 package Party Time Mixes Strawberry Dessert Mix (or any dessert or cocktail mix)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.
3. Add eggs and beat well.
4. Stir together flour, baking soda, salt, and Party Time Mixes Strawberry Dessert Mix (or any dessert or cocktail mix) in separate bowl and then add gradually to butter mixture.
5. Beat together well.
6. Stir in chocolate chips.
7. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
8. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned (Don't Overcook!).
9. Cool slightly and then remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
*NOTE: If you want a vibrant pink color like shown in the photo, add a abit of pink or red dye in the mixture

Pineapple Mint Lemonade
A fun twist on the traditional lemonade that’s wonderfully tangy, refreshing and so easy to make!

Recipe:
1 cup water
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
5 cups DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
1 pk Party Time Mixes Hard Lemonade Cocktail Mix
optional fresh mint leaves

Instructions:
In a saucepan; bring water to a boil for 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in chopped mint; let stand 15 minutes. Strain liquid into a bowl; discard chopped mint. Let stand until cool.

In a blender, add the cooled mint water and the hard lemonade cocktail mix. Blend for 2 minutes.

In a punch bowl or gallon pitcher, add cooled mint water/hard lemonade mixture. Add pineapple juice and stir until mixed well. If desired, you can add cubed pineapple pieces to this drink. Serve over ice cubes. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired.

SPIKED Pineapple Mint Lemonade Recipe

Recipe:

Apple-Cinnamon Monkey Bread
This Apple-Cinnamon Monkey Bread will actually make you want to get out of bed in the morning!

Recipe:
2 cans (17.5 oz each) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Supreme refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
1 medium tart apple, peeled, chopped
1 pk Party Time Mixes Apple Pie Dessert Mix
1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions:
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with shortening or cooking spray.

Set aside icing tubs from cinnamon rolls. Separate each can of dough into 5 rolls; cut into quarters.

Place apple in small bowl and add just enough of the Apple Pie Dessert Mix to the apples to coat them evenly (about 1/4 of the package). Toss to coat the apples evenly. Sprinkle half of apple pieces in pan. Pour the unused the Apple Pie Dessert Mix into a bowl. Roll half of dough pieces in the Apple Pie Dessert Mix; place on apples in pan.

Sprinkle with remaining apple pieces. Roll remaining dough pieces in the Apple Pie Dessert Mix; place on apples. Pour melted butter over top.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown across top. Cool 10 minutes; run knife around edge of pan to loosen. Place heatproof serving plate over pan and turn over; remove pan. Cool 10 minutes longer.

Drizzle reserved icing over top of bread, allowing some to drizzle down sides. Pull apart to serve; serve warm.

Party Time Mixes

Royal Banana Split by Nikki Peterson

Ingredients:
1 (48 oz) tub vanilla ice cream
1 Party Time Mixes Royal Hawaiian Dessert Mix (or any dessert or 1/2 cocktail mix)
bananas
cherries
chocolate syrup
mini chocolate chips
nuts, crushed (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, add dessert mix with ice cream. Mix well.
2. Pour ice cream mixture back into original ice cream container.
3. Cover and freeze ice cream for at least 1 hour or until firm enough to scoop.
4. In each dish, split banana lengthwise, add 2-3 scoops of ice cream mix.
5. Garnish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup, mini chocolate chips and a cherry or two.
6. Add nuts to garnish if you wish.

IMPORTANT - This recipe can be made by using any of our dessert or cocktail mixes. Imagine the flavor options!

Beer cheese soup with chest bacon mix
Melt 1/2 cup butter over medium high heat, add 1 cup flour. Once that is incorporated add 4 cups stock (I used chicken) and cheesy bacon mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and add 1 cup sour cream and 4 cups shredded cheese (I prefer sharp cheddar) once all the cheese is melted in, add 8 ounces of beer, simmer until it thickens to soup consistency.

Fondue Recipe: In a glass bowl, add 8oz cream cheese, 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips or white chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 cup heavy cream, and any 1 dessert package mix. Mix well. Microwave for 2 minutes. Take out of microwave and give it a quick whisk. Add 1 tablespoon of wine (any kind you choose) and whisk again. Transfer to a fondue pot with a flame underneath. Serve with pound cake cubes, fresh cut up fruit and biscotti bits on the side for dipping. Serve and enjoy!

Soften 2 bricks of cream cheese, mix in a chocolate mousse mix, form into a ball (I wrap in plastic wrap to help hold its shape) and refrigerate. Once its firm roll in mini chocolate chips. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, shortbread cookies, so many possibilities!
Not completely round, but totally delicious!

Chicken and Pasta with Party Time Mixes Veggie Mix - great quick and easy meal.

Roasted chicken
3 minute penne pasta
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp sour cream
1 pgk of PTM Veggie Dip Mix

After draining pasta, in same sauce pan add milk, butter, sour cream on med/low heat, stirring, add PTM Mix mix together until blended; add chicken, stir add pasta and mix. Serve topped with parmigiano cheese!!
