Peanut Butter Balls- Don't Lose This
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions:

2 tbsp butter 🧈
3 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
150 ml heavy cream 🥛
1/2 tsp lemon juice 🍋
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste 🧂
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
1 cup cooked white rice 🍚
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Pat the shrimp dry and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced pickles
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
For Assembling:
Egg roll wrappers
Cooking spray or oil for the air fryer
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Add diced onions to the cooked beef and sauté until they become translucent.
Remove the skillet from heat, and add the diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, ketchup, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
