If you havent caught us at OMR lately than you don't know we now feature 4 hotsauces in our lineup. These range from a medium burn up to a tongue tingling hot!

Our NEW flavors include:

Hot Hot Heat - A carrot habenero hot sauce featuring garlic, ginger, turmeric, onion, fresno chilis, white pepper, and black peppercorns.

AK Goldrush - A hot honey mustard based on the South Carolina bbq sauce. This hot sauce features yellow mustard, honey, peach vinegar, and habaneros.

Miso Macabre - A sweet and spicy Asian inspired hot sauce. This sauce is apple miso forward with hints of ginger and Sichuan peppercorns with the heat originating from chile japones.

Pineapple Express - Our go to wing sauce! Features pineapple amd habaneros with hints of peach, onion, and garlic.

We're back at Odd Man Rush tomorrow, March 21st.

We will be featuring our BRAND NEW sauce, AK Gold Rush. It is a habanero, hot mustard, BBQ Sauce. It layers a yellow mustard base, with: honey, brown sugar, peach vinegar, cayenne pepper, garlic, and habaneros.

It pairs well with anything you can throw on a grill: Ribs, Pulled Pork, Burgers, Grilled Chicken, Turkey Legs, Smoked Sausage, Chicken Wings.

To everyone that bought my last batch of Dill With It! This batch will congial when left in the refrigerator. I increased the tomatillos in this batch and they have extra pectin. No worries though, the solution is to stir it up. Problem solved!

This Sunday I am building BBQ plates based on 2 of our salsa's, Dill With It! And Zucc it Up.

Text 907-232-0921 to reserve a plate. Plates will be ready by 4pm Sunday January 31st in Eagle River.

Each plate will include 4oz portions of smoked: brisket, chicken, and pork belly. It will include 8oz sides of green beans and ranchero beans. I'll be marinating the chicken overnight in Dill With It salsa and the ranchero beans will be stewed in our Zucc It Up salsa.
