Farscape Farm Farscape Farm is a homestead. We raise goats, alpacas and various fowl. In season, we sell USDA lamb and kid, have farm events, and sell spun alpaca skeins.

Our goal is a sustainable farm, conscious of our relationship to the land and our animals.

Hard to see, but the grates are really greasy and the base of the pit needs to be scraped or. Everything gets sprayed down with a nontoxic citrus spray and all pieces are then power washed. So, Pops, why don’t you just do this after the cook? Well, I’ll finish at dark and, the grease will be liquified, and the pit will be too hot to clean. Much easier to clean the bottom when I can scrape it out first.
