🐾 TUCKER TUESDAY: MANAGEMENT HAS LOST CONTROL! 🐾

Well, folks. It's been another week here at Windy Acres Farm, and apparently nobody believes in consulting the Chief Farm Supervisor anymore. 🙄🐶

First, Ryan went off to his soccer tournament and brought home 2nd place! 🥈⚽ I'm told this is a pretty big deal, and I suppose I should congratulate him. Although, for the record, I've been chasing things around this farm for years and nobody's given ME a trophy. 🏆😂

Then, just when I thought things might settle down, MAGGIE HAD HER PIGLETS! 🐷💕

That's right. More babies. More mouths to feed. More little creatures running around that I'm apparently expected to supervise.

Between Jerry and Homer settling in, Ryan collecting trophies, and Maggie expanding the farm population, I'm beginning to think management has completely lost control of this operation.

And somehow, I'm still the only one around here without a raise.

🐾 Tucker Tuesday: We Need to Discuss the New Hires

Apparently there was a staff meeting I wasn't invited to.

Management brought home TWO new employees this week. Their names are Jerry and Homer.
They're small. They're cute. They require bottles. And they're already receiving an unreasonable amount of attention.

Naturally, as Chief Farm Supervisor, I conducted an inspection.

🐾 Jerry: suspicious.
🐾 Homer: also suspicious.
🐾 Work experience: none.
🐾 Knowledge of farm rules: questionable.
🐾 Ability to steal everyone's attention: exceptional.

I've been informed they're both staying.
Nobody consulted me.

Well our farm isn't just about piglets this fall, we have welcomed two 10 day old bottle calves into our barn and we couldn't be happier! The boys are enjoying feeding and getting in some serious snuggles! Everyone meet Jerry and Homer!

🦃 2026 THANKSGIVING TURKEY RESERVATIONS ARE OPEN! 🦃

Thanksgiving will be here before we know it, and this year Windy Acres Farm has two pasture-raised turkey options available for your family’s table!

🤍 Broad Breasted Turkeys — $7.00/lb
The traditional Thanksgiving favorite — larger birds with plenty of breast meat.

🤎 Bourbon Red Heritage Turkeys — $9.00/lb
A slower-growing heritage breed known for rich, traditional turkey flavor and more dark meat.
13 currently available

Our turkeys are raised outside on pasture right here at Windy Acres Farm and will be USDA processed November 16th.

💰 $50 deposit reserves your turkey
The deposit goes toward your final balance, which will be based on the bird’s actual processed weight.

Pickup details will be announced closer to processing day.

We only raise a small number each year, and once they're spoken for, they're gone!

🐾 TUCKER TUESDAY 🐾

It was time for Tucker's employee performance review here at Windy Acres Farm.

Attendance: 10/10 — Never misses a shift he wasn't scheduled for.

Supervision: 10/10 — Absolutely cannot allow a single farm chore to happen unsupervised.

Listening Skills: 4/10 — Results vary depending on whether snacks are involved.

Farm Security: 9/10 — Nothing gets past him. Except maybe when he's napping.

Helping with chores: 6/10 — Very enthusiastic. Actual usefulness still under review.

Employee morale: 12/10 — Obviously carries the entire operation.

Overall review: Tucker has decided he's doing an excellent job and deserves an immediate raise… preferably paid in treats. 😂
