Blueberries are abundant and fresh! Come check out today's wild blueberry donuts, while they last! Wild blueberries stuffed in buttermilk batter. Ask for the blueberry lemonade where we put fresh lemon curd in the middle. DELISH!

Good morning from the Bold Coast Coffeehouse!

We are excited to be introducing our new packaging! We have stopped using all the sticker labels to cover the front and back of the bag, instead opting for a pre-printed classic clean look. After we fill the bag we then apply a product label over the top, which not only inform which coffee and style is contained, but also seals the bag.

Honest Pound Pricing:

When we started the company in 2014, we decided we would adopt a pricing policy called 'honest pound pricing' which means our coffee is packaged and priced clearly by the pound. When comparing various coffee brands please make sure to check the price per pound especially when buying less than a pound of coffee. Many times those coffees cost more on a per pound basis than Bold Coast Coffee.

Good morning from the Bold Coast Coffeehouse

We are here with a case full of delicious goods and coffee. Donut are plentiful with blueberry, lemonade donuts, and blueberry lemonade donuts. Popovers are fresh and delicious. Eat with lemon curd or blueberry sauce.

A new coffee is now on our shelves and going on our website. We have been playing with a great tasting coffee from Colombia and we are pleased to present our new Colombia roast coffee. This medium roasted coffee will be sure to please your taste buds.

Come, check out our newest product, our wild blueberry lemonade. Made from organic lemons and blueberries with real fruit in its texture.

We have a full array of our donuts today, including our wild blueberry varieties of donuts. We also have our popovers as usual.

We apologize that we have not had bagels. There’s been an emergency in the family of the bagel maker and we are patiently waiting until bagels are able to return to the shop.

POPOVERS are back! Troy is cooking up lemon curd and blueberry sauce as we speak.

We have a full tray of donuts to choose from including wild man, blueberry donuts. We are working to bring back our blueberry lemonade, doughnut in honor of the blueberry festival this weekend, but we are sorry we will not be in attendance.

Good morning from the Bold Coast Coffeehouse!

Today we are featuring Wild Bluberry Donuts!! Not just any blueberry can make it into our donuts. The lucky berries to experience this process are Grade A unsprayed berries only. These are the best quality berries you can purchase.

The berries are flash frozen in order to be folded into our batter without getting squished. We roll them and cut them and let them rest on a pan until the berries have thawed. We then fry them to perfection. It's a lot of work, but the result is delicious!

We also have lots of other donuts, Chocolate; Buttermilks; Molasses; Bagesl: Cheddar, Parmesan, Poppyseed, & Sesame seed; Scones: Cherry Almond

Lots of hot and iced d***s to choose from as well. The Iced Salted Chocolate Latte is popular as well as our Lemonade and Iced Tea.

We are open today until 1 PM and tomorrow from 8 AM to 1 PM. Our location is 447 Main Street East Machias.

I would like to send my condolences to the family of Dot Mae Whitney.

Dot quickly became very special to me after her first experience at our café. She called me over to inform me that “This is the best chocolate donut I have ever had in my life.” Now this was a powerful statement to me because Dot Mae lived a long life and as one of my elders, I immediately respected her opinion about old fashioned cooking…especially my sugared chocolate donut.

In her honor, until noon today, any customer who mentions this post today will receive a free sugared chocolate donut, today called the “Dot Mae.”

Sadly due to oven problems, popovers are off the menu for a few days. We will post when we are starting up again.
