Lots of things happen behind the scenes here that never get a minute of reflection. Today I want to give the biggest thank you shout out to THE MAN behind me cheering me on and doing ALL the extras I don’t have the time or patience to take on. Joe installed this shelve above
my work space, added 2 more electrical outlets, reinstalled my tablet holder to get better angles for making videos and put up hooks for my ribbons to keep them from making clutter where I didn’t need them. He did all that at least last week but today it finally took some shape to what was going where 🩷He takes on the tech stuff that gives me headaches and built my website months ago as well as built apps to make this dream a running machine that keeps track of sales, inventory and even has integrated sale scans for each item so we know what flavors are best sellers first, etc.
This month is going to be extra busy with big events if the weather cooperates. His work along with me reorganizing my entire kitchen to function more smooth and doing a reevaluation of storing spaces will make this work life more efficient.
Just the little things that make the biggest impact for this small business. When I say ‘WE’ it’s just he & I here doing it all. Trying to get our name out, trying to keep up with others already out there and building to get bigger if you let us. Thanks to Joe for taking on all the behind the scenes stuff so I don’t go crazy and thank you to those that support US.

My latest custom cake- chocolate cake with chocolate-peanut butter buttercream with the request to make it blue. Adorned with an edible homemade topper, blue sprinkles and edible glitter for a special young lady. I hope this made her day and thank you for your support.

‘MEAT POCKET’s sold out today. Thank you and I hope you enjoy them. I guess that means they need to stay and I’ll make more going forward 🤗

Sorry for the last minute post but today we will have some ‘MEAT POCKETS’ ….otherwise known as pepperoni rolls. They just came out of the oven so letting them cool and then I’ll bag & tag them up. I hope you give them a try. I brushed them with a garlic butter for a glossy yet tasty finished look.

Also, I had to fully stock up on all chocolate mini cakes so we’ll have those too- Hot fudge, peanut butter, Oreo & S’mores. For the fall feeling weather we seem to be having I made some Apple Cinnamon & Banana Walnut Mega Muffins to get started into the seasonal flare.
