Asha's European Kitchen Healthy European Cuisine I am a European health coach/nutritionist/chef who studied nutrition and I help people and families become healthy.

The way I cook is really healthy for those who like to eat healthy, vegetarians or vegans. I cook organic, very little salt I use, I never fry (stuff that other people fry I'm able to cook without frying it), I never use oil, I steam, use chicken, sometimes fish. I also cook a variety of soups that serve as a full meal. The ingredients I use are fresh, nothing frozen, my mashed potatoes are made w

ith potato and not powder. All meals I cook are organic , from scratch and I'm a clean freak with everything. How I started cooking for people was that my husband is a Personal Trainer with 12% body fat at the age of 50, he says that he owes his low body fat % to me and his clients started asking him for his diet and what he puts in his body and the clients started asking "Can your wife cook for me ? and that's how I got started. I am able to prepare dishes I have not seen here in the States yet. I'm using my nutritional knowledge to combine ingredients and create a healthy meal, this is not the regular meal you'd get at a restaurant with preservatives and fattening ingredients. These meals are designed for people that want to feel energized, live a longer and healthier life and not for the people that are looking for taste other wise you could find that at your regular restaurant where everything is unhealthy. My food is great for those who like to slim down, feel energized, detox and cleanse the body, people with sensitive stomach, kids and people of age.
