Hey everyone! We’ve had a big uptick in inquiries about goats priced between $100 and $200, so we really want to be transparent. At Sundancer Acres, we put a lot of care and investment into each goat. We spend $20 or more on a bale of alfalfa that lasts just a day, gallons of milk to feed kids, and top-tier vet care. In fact, we’ve invested thousands in premium goats with strong bloodlines, knowing that healthy stock means fewer problems down the road. When goats are cheap, we often see that the care drops off—so if a baby breaks a leg or if a costly illness arises, the vet bills can really add up. We believe that if you’re willing to pay for a quality goat, you’ll also be more invested in their care. We want these goats to thrive, and if that means we charge more, it’s because we’re making sure they have the best start possible. Thank you all so much for your understanding and continued support!
