Hey everyone!! Just wanted to get on the page and let you all know that the 2025-26 maple season has officially closed!

We will see you all again this fall— until then message us for purchasing the remaining maple syrup from this season! 🍁🍁

We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all the love and support. We appreciate everyone who has purchased our syrup, and even those who just wanted to be apart of the Helm Holler Community!! We are tappin out!

❄️❄️Brrr…

I’m sure everyone has a small dose of cabin fever with the latest winter storm! Sap hasn’t been running for weeks because of the deep freeze, but we have a glimmer of hope today!!

Tim checked the new tank and the lines are running!! We are so eager to get some sap collected so we are able to showcase the entire operation tomorrow at Maple Days!! 🍁
