This week, we’re proud to spotlight Stoppini Pasta Sauce is a small, family-run business from Timnath, Colorado, founded by Air Force veteran James Stoppini.

Rooted in his Italian upbringing and a lifelong love of the kitchen, James began perfecting his craft after leaving the service, channeling the same dedication and discipline he learned in the Air Force into creating the perfect sauce. Nineteen years and countless recipes later, Stoppini has become a celebration of tradition, family, and flavor—bottling the warmth of Sunday dinners and the pride of a true homegrown business.
