My jersey cow and heifer, Lola & Annabelle, decided this was good weather to calve. They ran will a longhorn bull from April - August, so we had no idea on due dates.

Lola had Strawberry Shortcake (1st picture) on the 24th and she got to spend a couple nights in our bathroom. We got her back out to mom & she's doing fantastic.

Annabelle decided to have Tony the Tiger (named by Karsyn, because he was a frosted flake 🤣) early this morning. The kids got him brought in the house and warmed up. Luckily Brandyn is home to "babysit" and do the feeding!!

Now to eagerly anticipate all the goats to start kidding in the next few weeks.

I just got home and Karsyn walked in looking a little stressed. Raven went into labor with this big boy. He was presenting with 2 feet and his muzzle but wouldn't come out. Karsyn successfully pulled his first baby completely by himself!!!

Did the evening baby check and Karsyn saw Neptune was in labor. She had this Chamoise bucking out already and had a foot sticking out. The sundgau doeling had her muzzle stuck on the inside of Neptune's pelvis. Once I reached in and straightened her head out, she came right out.
