Ervin's Jerky Ervin's Jerky is a fresh jerky made from natural grass fed beef, Buffalo or Elk Our jerky is all natural and has no preservatives. You will not be disappointed.

We use grass-fed meat from local ranchers who raise their cattle steroid and hormone free. All products except Teriyaki flavor, are gluten free. Our jerky is vacuum sealed to hold in the freshness. We have been in business since 2012.

Sorry if you've come to the Farmer's Market and we have not been there for a long time. We have hopes of one day starting the business again, but as of now that is on hold. Thank you to all our loyal customers!

Sorry that we have not been at the market the past couple weekends. Things are very hectic with graduations and life. We will be back on July 8th. Come see us!

Although we are not coming back right now as a full business with a website or retail store, we are coming back to the Federal Way Farmer's Market starting on May 13th, 2017. So if you remember our beef jerky and want to spoil yourself once again, come see us every Saturday at the market starting in May.

What beautiful weather! Come join Ervin's Jerky at the Federal Way Farmer's market every Saturday from 9am to 3pm. Also, on the 2nd Thursday of each month, we are at the Sportspage in Auburn and participate in a wine/cheese tasting. Hope to see you there!

Spring is here! Ervin's Jerky will be at the Federal Way Farmer's Market every Saturday beginning May 7th and then also at the Puyallup Farmer's Market every Saturday beginning May 28th. Come join us and take advantage of some market discounts.

Come join us every Thursday night from 6pm to 9pm at the Sportspage in Auburn. Also on every second Thursday of the month, Sportspage holds a wine, chocolate and fruit tasting event. In addition to Ervin's Jerky, there are several other vendors that come and put on a mini-market. Really fun!

Ervin's Jerky is sponsoring a NW Promotions MMA fight event on March 26th, 2016. Located at 4500 Steilacoom Blvd. Bldg 213, Lakewood WA .Doors open 5:30pm. Matches start at 7pm. $30 general admission or $50 VIP. Hope to see you there. Come enjoy some of our jerky, have a beer in the beer-garden and try and win the Ervin's Jerky raffle basket.

Ervin's Jerky has also started producing beef sausage links/sticks. We currently have spicy sticks and sweet chili beef sticks. These are not yet available on our website, but can be purchased at our store.
