‼️FUN FACT: The very first time we experimented with Carolina Reaper powder… we had NO IDEA how powerful that stuff really was. 😅

Let’s just say… we were a LITTLE generous with it.

Well let me tell you, that jerky wasn’t spicy—it was a full-blown survival challenge. 🔥😂
It was so hot, it was practically inedible.

Being the good brother that he is (or maybe the unlucky one 🤣), WE volunteered him as a taste tester. We went over to give him a piece and a few seconds later, from OUTSIDE the house, we could hear him yelling. 🌶️💀😂

Hey… if you sign up to be a taste tester, ni modo… aguántense. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣

Don’t worry though—we’ve since mastered the recipe. Now it’s got just the right amount of heat to keep things exciting without sending anyone into the AFTERLIFE lol!😂 🔥

Yes, the Carolina reaper is spicier than the ghost.

It’s marinating the meat before it’s dehydrated.

It’s what keeps that flavor even after chewing the jerky a few times.
