Yes, it’s been in the upper 60s…. And, yes, we still made soup.

Yesterday’s turkey noodle soup came together from one of our farm-raised turkeys, homemade noodles, and a long-simmered broth made from the whole bird. We served it with sourdough rolls, because good food doesn’t need a special occasion.

Meals like this don’t happen by accident. When animals are cared for thoughtfully, the result is food you can feel good about feeding your family - simple, nourishing, and satisfying.

It’s not about being fancy or “from scratch.” It’s about raising animals well so good food is easy when it matters.

I'm still shocked by this, and you should be too. Food manufacturers can use one common phrase, "natural flavor," to hide dozens of other additives. Go check your butter label and let me know in the comments what you find!
