Hello friends! I am completely sold out of individual cuts at this time. Please be advised that the next processing date is January 20th, and I am nearing a sell-out for that date also. If you need ground lamb or specific cuts, please notify me promptly so I can reserve them for you. All individual cuts are priced at $10.00 per pound.
