What a weekend!

We are incredibly thankful for all of our friends who showed up and helped us tackle our biggest processing record to date. There is no way we could have accomplished this without the extra hands, hard work, and support from each of you.

From processing to packaging, everyone jumped in wherever needed, and together we got an amazing amount done. Running a small farm takes a village, and this weekend was a perfect reminder of how lucky we are to have such wonderful people in our corner.

Thank you for giving up your time, working through the heat, and helping us keep things moving. We truly appreciate every one of you and are so grateful for your friendship and support of The Wooded Roost.

🥚 WEEKLY EGG BUYERS WANTED! 🥚

Our hens have been hard at work, and we’re collecting nearly 3 dozen fresh eggs every day! We’re looking for a few reliable customers who would like to commit to purchasing a few dozen eggs each week.

Whether you’re buying for your family, baking, meal prep, or sharing with friends, we’d love to help keep your fridge stocked with fresh farm eggs.

✅ Flexible quantities (a few dozen per week preferred)
✅ Delivery available to the Lacey area

We are a little over 2 weeks away from our second processing date! As a reminder, we are still accepting pre-orders for the next few days.

This will be our last chicken processing date until the end of September, when we’ll have our final processing round of the year — so now is the time to stock up!

If you’d like to place a pre-order, send us a message. All orders will be ready for pick up after 6/15.

We officially packed up all of our pre-orders and we just want to say THANK YOU! We are beyond grateful for all of the support — your pre-orders almost completely sold us out already! ❤️

Keyword… almost! 👀 We still have:

If you haven’t tried our wings yet, you are missing out! They don’t shrivel up like store-bought wings do. They cook up perfectly in the air fryer — toss them in your favorite sauce, pop them in the oven for 5 minutes to bake the sauce on, and they come out perfect every single time!

If you missed your chance this round or just weren’t ready to stock the freezer yet, don’t worry — we’ll have more available after the weekend of 6/12, just in time for your Father’s Day BBQs! 🇺🇸🔥

Thank you all so much for your chicken orders and continued support! It was definitely a long weekend, but we are incredibly grateful for each and every order placed.
