We pulled some supers last night and things are slightly better than expected. As of last weekend we were at about 4 supers and last night we were able to grab about 9. We will know the true amount this weekend but it’s amazing what bees can do in 1 week.

“Guard bees” have a dedicated job to protect the hive at all costs. When they sting, they give their life to protect the colony. Today we thank, pray for and remember all the men and woman who have made the ultimate sacrifice so that we can live the life we do every day. Thank you to all that gave and to all the families that live with the loss everyday.
