Hatch Chile festival!! This Saturday & Sunday! We will be selling our lavender soaps, body care, pain relief, sachets and dried bundles! And don't forget the fresh squeezed lemonade! See ya then!! 🪻🍋🌶️

Time to make apple butter! 🍎 had a wonderful time, Nichols Ranch and Orchards! We recommend the apple cider slush and homemade donuts!🍩 🍎🍏

We are sad will not have sunflowers and zinnias this fall for u-pick. The flowers we had planted were set up with village water and we have been in compliance with the zero-tolerance mandate of not using water other than limited household use. Hopefully this water emergency will be resolved soon! 💔. Our farm store remains open select weekends, including next Saturday, August 29th and we continue to host private events. Stay tuned for more workshops and tea parties!

Our village is still under a water emergency. Here's a report from KVIA.COM - these water restrictions are impacting so many households and businesses...ours included!

The Village of Tularosa, New Mexico, has declared a state of emergency due to low water levels in the municipal water storage tanks. The village, just 32 miles from the Village of Ruidoso, has emplaced water restrictions including prohibition of non-essential water usage.

Hootie is a FREE BIRD! She spread her massive wings and took flight in the wild for the first time in her life today, and it was the most amazing thing! Thanks to Dennis and Denise Miller of Gila Wildlife Rescue, the Raptor Rehab Center at the El Paso Zoo, Cressie Drummond for finding Hootie and Lisa Shydlower for transporting Her to El Paso. Thanks to my amazing better half, Tom, for delivering Hootie to Silver City with me - memorable date! Feature story on ABC 7 to come soon, and I'll post a link here. 🦉💜
