So funny story, none of my starts survived. Apparently spraying them with counter clean is one of the quickest ways to murder a plant.

Hey there folks! Just wanted to tease some of the exotic peppers I’ll be growing this year! Including the unofficial hottest pepper in the world which I will record eating for the first time when they are ready.
What we got pictured here is
Death spirals
Dragons breath
Purple ghosts
Cajun belles
And cucumbers.... that’s right!!! I’m happy to announce that I will be trying my hand at hot pickles this year! I’m excited to bring some homemade heat into a kitchen near you! Stay tuned and stay angry!

Hey all, the fat and angry man’s wife here. Cory has decided to remove social media from his life for an undetermined amount of time.

But don’t fret, when he’s able to get his hands on fresh quality ingredients again he will once more be whipping up creative sauces for his valued customers.

In the meantime, I’ll be keeping everyone up to date with what’s new in the F&A kitchen.

Sorry for the Delay!!!! But it’s finally here!

Garlix & Chill:
Yeah it’s corny I know. Just like it’s namesake this sauce is bound to be a bingeworthy addition to your household! Make no mistake this sauce is anything but chill. These super chili’s were grown by a local farmer and fermented by me for several weeks for optimal flavor! If you want anymore information check our previous post for details on how this little beauty came to be!

Unfortunately I didn’t get the bigger yield I was hoping for. I only have 10 bottles of this batch and I’m sure they will go quickly again. As always the price is 5$ and samples are available. I am still learning and refining my process so batches are still quite small. Unfortunately due to my limited quantity I will be unable to ā€œholdā€ a bottle for anybody. I apologize for this inconvenience and I am definitly looking to increase my volume of production. I have one more new flavor I want to introduce then I will be bringing back some popular flavors. So if you are unable to get your hands on some I will be keeping track of demand and I hope to satisfy as many people as possible. Thank you all for your understanding!

A couple last items:
1: Please feel free to leave me honest feedback whether in person, on the page, or through messenger. I want to continue to improve and satisfy!
2: If you have had one of my sauces before let me know how you feel about these new woozy bottles. They have a slightly wider neck and a bigger dropper opening. The volume is still the same but the red bottles should pour faster and help with chunk-age
3: I should have an official company logo in the near future, after this is finished I will be changing the way I do labels to hopefully bring you a more professional looking product!

The next batch is all cooked and ready to be bottled. This ā€œVampire-freeā€ sauce is a blend of fermented super chili’s, garlic, and shallot. After 3 weeks of fermenting I cooked it all down in a little brine added some spices and blended with vinegar and here we go.
My sinus’s are completely clear after cooking this lemme tell ya. As you can see it’s a very seedy/chunky mixture I thought about pressing out the pulp but decided against it for this blend. It hits you first with a tang, then a light-moderate heat on the back of the tongue. The chili garlic taste stays on the pallet with a light burn for quite a while after this.
Still working on a name something to do with garlic/chili but I’m open to suggestions. Also a very special thanks to my assistant cooks Quinn and Finn(crockpot) for doing whatever it is they were doing the whole time! At least they are cute!

I’m very thankful to have been approached by a local photographer who wants to design a company logo for my brand. He’s currently working on a design after taking a lot of information! I am super excited, can’t wait to show you guys what we come up with!
