For any of our growers in Wayne County needing to renew their restricted use pesticides license, be sure to check out one of the 3 training opportunities available in March on the 14th, 17th, and 18th. Check with the Extension office for more information.

Attention Customers,

Please note due to the new law regarding tax exemption status that went into effect this year we must have a copy of your Kentucky tax exemption letter showing your newly issued Kentucky Tax Exemption number on file. If you have not provided this to us yet, please do so as soon as possible. Without this letter we will be required by law to charge sales tax even on tax exempt items.

We would also like for you to complete a new tax exemption certificate with the updated tax ID number included on this new form. We have these forms at our office and can send to you upon request.

We are sorry for any inconvenience these procedures will cause, but we must comply with the new law. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
