I’ve gotten a lot of new followers recently, so I figured it’s time to re-introduce myself!

Hi! I’m Kelsey, owner of Kelsey’s Cakepop & Cookie Co. It’s been a little over a year & a half since I’ve started my cottage bakery, and what a whirlwind it’s been! I’m a mama to Jameson Dale- he just turned 2 in November, and I’ve been married to my husband Connor for a little over 3 years!

I’ve been baking since I was a little girl, helping my Mamaw and Great-Grandma Ruby bake all kinds of made-from-scratch goodies in the kitchen. I’m so thankful for all of you, and I have big plans for 2026!
