Welcome back old friend!

“Now you just stir in the grain.”

“What does that mean?”

“You just… stir it in.”

“But HOW do I stir it in?”

“Owen, I cannot show you everything.”

Somewhere between fold in the cheese and stir in the grain, wh***ey gets made. 🥃

Fortunately, Carrie knows what she’s doing.

Owen? We’ll see.

Here we go!

⚖️ BREAKING: HDA’S CASE IS HEADED TO THE U.S. SUPREME COURT

This morning, the Supreme Court agreed to hear Department of Justice v. McNutt—the case involving the Hobby Distillers Association and our fellow plaintiffs challenging the federal prohibition on home distilling.

The government asked the Supreme Court to review our Fifth Circuit victory, and the Court has now granted that request.

What does this mean? The legal fight continues. Today’s order is an agreement to hear the case, not a ruling on whether the prohibition is constitutional.

We want to give special recognition and our heartfelt thanks to 📄 Today’s official order, page 2:

To our members and everyone who has supported this effort: thank you. We have come a long way together, and we remain committed to seeing this fight through.

We’ll share more about the next steps as details become available.
