Harvest got the best of us and we’ve been pretty silent on here but trust us, LOTS has been going on behind the scenes!

Christmas on Vinegar Hill is this weekend and we’ve decided to do a little something special for it. Our limited edition Hillpopper Blend will be available while they last! Only 22 containers are up for grabs so get one (or two!) while you can 🎩

East Ranch Acres will be serving up our delicious fresh popcorn at the Mount Pulaski Grade School from 8-4. Small and large containers of kernels will be available for purchase as well as our buttery topping, seasoning, caramel glaze and a variety of popcorn poppers!

For our OG East Ranchers that have been following us since last year’s harvest you will remember that we picked all of our popcorn by hand last year. At the end of the season we did purchase an Oliver 2 row picker but it didn’t not work very well.

Fast forward to this year - we purchased a “new to us” New Idea one row picker. It works beautifully to harvest our popcorn crop! This saved us countless hours of work. Last year our harvest lasted almost a month and this year it was out of the field in 1 evening!

It’s the last weekend of The LMH Market! This season has flown by and we loved meeting so many new friends. While we are sad it is ending, you still have today to stock up on popcorn kernels and get yourself a fresh popcorn snack! 🍿
