Smoked Corned Beef, Smoked Cabbage!

Screw messing with the crowds of the Irish bars on St. Patrick's Day just to get some boiled Corned beef. We are taking it to the next level, on the smoker over some real wood coals. And Smoked Cabbage?? C'mon, where else you going to find that?

Whole Smoked corned beef brisket - $175
Approx 7-8lbs cooked.

Smoked corned beef by the lb. - $30/lb, 3 lb minimum

Smoked head of cabbage - $25
Half head - $15

Quantities are limited so get those orders in now!!

Delivery will be March 17th.

Corned Beef and hash, Reubens, Corned beef and Smoked Cabbage fried rice, Corned beef and kimchi grilled cheese, none are photogenic, all of them delicious!

I know I haven't been having any bbq sales lately, and I apologize, but Mrs. Big O and I found out we were having another baby! So began the frantic search for a new house with a little more room. I had to put things on hold for a little while. But now that we are all settled in here in Elkhorn, and just waiting on Lil O to come, I wanna slang some BBQ! And just in time for St. Paddy's Day!!

PARTY RIBS!!!
"Korean style" and "Sweet Peach" party style ribs. The game may have been slow, but these ribs were more than exciting! The Super Bowl is a great time to experiment flavors on your friends, and these flavors were World champs!
