Honey Mustard Chicken Bowl! 😋

Quinoa- complete plant based protein, contains ALL of the essential amino acids your body cannot make on its own

No screens in the car…We really only used our car player if we were on a road trip. 🚗

So the back of my seats are stocked with paper/pens, car bingo and a few books, like the I Spy !

Today I popped into the Goodwill Omaha (not on my todo list but couldn’t help myself), and scored a new I spy book, my kids are 11 & 13 and still will do the things in the back of my seat 😜

Also scored a like new pair of roller blades (ours are too small) for garage hockey this winter and a long board skateboard (someone’s been wishing they had one 😅)

Have also been collecting masks…have a Halloween decor idea! 😅

And I had to take a picture of the babies someone donated…they are reborns. My daughter had one when she was about 5, before she had a real baby brother of her own. People would think it was real 😳

Omaha Bagel Co. for some hot out of the oven bagels and cream cheese!

Omaha has needed a bagel place like this for some time! I’m telling you it’s worth the drive 🚗, get the rosemary & salt or do a sweet flavor with some pumpkin cream cheese!

Coneflower Creamery for the best ice cream in Omaha! All of their mixins are homemade even down to the sprinkles! But the baked goods in ice cream really do it for me! 🥧

Next weekend they are doing a collab with Little Scandinavia and featuring an almond one I’ll be sure to be popping down to try! 😋

Hard to choose what flavors to go with when they are all so good! 😅

And the cutest coffee shop in Bennington, Ne. For sure worth the drive! Cup & Cone Bennington

Cosmic Brownies vs Pumpkin Bars

I said, “Boys do you want me to make cosmic brownies or pumpkin bars?”

They said, “Cosmic brownies, but just buy them”.😂

Why would I buy them when I can make them without all the junk!? They have to hate that their mom knows so much about the food industry. 😅

Back to the BROWNIES! Ok I’m obsessed with this recipe and think they taste amazing! My daughter said she didn’t like them, she does not like brownies. (Ok bad judge 😜) my son said too much frosting. Ok so lighter on the frosting!

Anyways, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and these are BOMB! 🍫🍦

Alright…first timer here Indian Creek and won’t be the last time!

The atmosphere a cool lounge vibe! Obsessed with the textures, fine furnishings, and coolest art!

The food, (we all know I have pretty high standards 😅) yep delicious, loved the menu and will be back for more!

The drinks, OH MY GAH, the daily grind, espresso martini meets old fashioned, YES PLEASE!

And Sundays is buy one get one on their pizzas, they have golf simulator bays and other games on them. Sunday funday with friends or family! 😍
