Banana pudding bites just came out of the freeze dryer! These are the perfect, crunchy snack 😍🤤

First day of school meant we were away from the farm for 4 whole days.

I was quite surprised to show up and have such a harvest! Had roughly 20 hours before company arrived, so had to quickly get to work canning.

Salsa, banana peppers, pickles, stewed tomatoes, pickled onion, and pickled jalapenos!

Busy day stocking the pantry yesterday. But, now we play!

Thanks to Miss Debbie for the sweets last night. Salt water taffy and marshmallows pulled out of the freeze dryer this morning. And we just put in banana pudding bites. 😍🤤

I'm suddenly regretting all those yellow squash we have been giving away!!

We were squashed out. I was throwing extra in for free at market. Donating to neighbors.
I even threw some to the bears. (If you're wondering, they were not impressed and they still lay there decomposing🤣)

But, the seasoned freeze dried squash chips are Ah-MAZ-ing. Like, I ate an entire bag myself. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have already sliced the 3 we just brought back from the farm last night, and they are prepping in the freezer now!

A big batch of tomatoes, Italian and plain, will be ready tonight! Another huge favorite!

And, I threw in some freeze dried bell peppers into dinner tonight. Win/Win!

Hey hey, it's Paw Paw time!!

Have you tried this delicious fruit?

Here at Cox Creek, we have a few special honey holes packed with groves of these trees! The bears, deer, opossums, and many other wildlife LOVE them. And the seeds act as a natural dewormer 🤯.

Although the harvest and shelf life are extremely short, we love this time of year. We head on back to the paw paw patch and it smells like a mango infused heaven.

The kids love harvesting them, it is one of our favorite weekends of the season.

I have four, gallon sized bags (roughly 5lbs each) up for grabs. These came from the trees (versus already ripened and on the ground with the critters) so you have a few days before they totally ripen!

If interested in ready-to-eat-now, let me know.. I'm currently making a puree to freeze dry 😍 These will be great added to smoothies to ensure you get the nutrient dense benefits all year!

$20/bag

We will likely have one more weekend of harvest then they are gone until next year! Grab them while you can!

We have 3 laundry detergents left over from market! Unscented, but you can add scent beads or essential oils if preferred!

Normally $26, but discounted to $20 for quick sale!

Recommended use: 1-2 tablespoons per load, so this lasts forever!

Clean ingredients for a healthy home!

An over abundance of tomatoes with no end in sight!

Starting to pre-freeze some of our crop so we can enjoy the fresh taste all winter long!
