**UPDATE** Chicken salad is now sold out. As are the raspberry bars. There are a few blueberry bars remaining. Plenty of cinnamon rolls and cold brew though.

Hey everyone! It seems we made WAY too much food for our event today. We have LOTS of cinnamon rolls (4-packs or singles), blueberry oat bars, raspberry oat bars, and chicken salad (by the quart, comes with croissants) for order. We also have about a gallon and a half of cold brew (we can make 16oz sweet cream to-go bottles in flavors of your choice) for order.

If you would like to purchase any of these, comment on this post and/or message us what you would like along with your email address and we will send you an invoice for payment. We will be heading into Elko New Market tomorrow morning (Sunday) for church at the elementary school, and pickup will be there between about 9:30am-11:30am. We can work out the pickup details individually for orders. Let us know, and thanks!

Good morning, friends. God is good! We will be set up today from 11am-3pm at the Hidden Oaks Middle School in Prior Lake for a “Bike Rodeo”. This is a public, family friendly event that is put on by the Prior Lake Police Department.

We will have all of our normal, delicious baked goods, including cinnamon rolls! We will also have our breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, chicken salad sandwiches, and Asian chicken lettuce wraps. Come visit us on this beautiful spring day for your favorite iced coffee drink and some lunch. See you soon!

Hey everybody. God is good! Today is Memorial Day. It is a special day that we set aside to remember and honor those fallen heroes that laid their lives on the line to help secure all of the freedoms many of us take for granted today. They may be gone, but they are never forgotten. So take a moment today to just reflect on what you have, say a silent thank you to those who paid the ultimate sacrifice, and thank God for what you have and all He has done for this country.

Today is the final day of the Traders Market in Elko. We will be set up there again from 9:00-4:00. Come hungry and grab our new Asian chicken lettuce wraps or a piece of avocado toast with your iced coffee! See you soon!

Good morning everyone. God is good! First off, we want to say thank you to all our regular AND new customers for making yesterday our busiest day at the coffee trailer since opening in October. What a blessing! We are set up at the Traders Market in Elko again today from 9:00-5:00.

It’s going to be an amazing Minnesota spring day, so swing by to say hi and grab your favorite iced coffee. We will also have a couple new items we just introduced to the menu… avocado toast with a fried egg on top, and Asian chicken lettuce wraps. Both are De-Li-Cious! See you soon!

Good morning everyone! God is good! As we enter a long holiday weekend, remember just why we get to head up north to a cabin, or gather with friends and family to bbq, or enjoy an extra day off of work on Monday. It’s because of those who put their lives on the line to fight for the freedoms we have enjoyed for the last nearly 250 years, and they payed the ultimate price in doing so. This long Memorial Day weekend, please remember those brave warriors and the sacrifices they all made, and thank God for what he has done and will continue to do for our great country.

We will be set up all weekend at the Trader’s Market in Elko, so stop by and say hi while you are enjoying the beautiful weather and checking out acres or vendors! Hours are 8a-5p today, 9a-5p on Saturday, and 9a-4p on Sunday. Hope to see everyone soon… it’s been too long!

Good morning, friends. God is good! We know it has been a minute since we posted, so we just wanted to update everyone on what’s going on. We were quite busy last weekend preparing Aspen’s Elko store for the sale, and we closed on that sale on Monday. We have had some things to tend to on the farm and in life this week, so we did not open the coffee trailer at all. We have a private event today, and then will not have it open at all this weekend, as it is our kid’s dance recital weekend and there are so many shows!

Then we are taking some time off to spend as a family next week and going on a mini vacation to Branson, MO for a few days. We’ve never been there and everyone is really looking forward to it! At the end of the week, we will come home and then get right back to the grind with the coffee trailer. We will be at the Trader’s Market in Elko on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday of Memorial Day weekend. Be sure to visit us there to get your It Is Well Coffee fix since it will likely have been a while since you had any.

Happy Mother’s Day! God is good! To all the mother’s out there, thank you for all you have done! None of us would be here today (literally) without our moms, so THANK YOU!

We are open today until 1:00 at our usual spot in Elko New Market.

Guys: Stop by and grab your mom and/ or the mother of your children her favorite coffee drink to say thank you for all they have done for you and the kids!

Happy weekend friends! God is good! We are open at our usual spot in Elko New Market until 1:00 today, then again tomorrow for Mother’s Day from 7:00-1:00. Come visit us and surprise mom with a special coffee drink to show her how much she means to you!

Good morning. God is good! We are all set up and ready to serve at Aspen In Summer Decor in Elko New Market until 1:00 today. This is the final day that store will be open forever, so swing in for some unbelievable deals. Everything must go!

While you are here, grab a delicious coffee to sip on while you shop and I can prepare some food and bring it to you when it is ready. Stuffed grilled cheese, sausage tortellini soup, and chicken salad sandwiches are great lunch options. See you soon!
