Yesterday was the Open Breeding Show at the Rockingham Co Fair. Moon walked away with 4th in her class but the comments she received from the Judge made me feel as if we won it all. It was the validation that we are making the right decisions moving us in the right direction.

This was our fourth set of lambs and the best ewe lambs we have had to date. There may not have hung any banners but they have been consistent in their placements and comments.

I know Emily struggles and may want to argue placement sometimes because she knows they are good but I’m extremely happy. The future is bright and I cannot wait to breed this girl.

For us this was another very successful weekend with these three lambs. With the comments they are getting now we are excited for the rest of season as they continue to grow! This is big for our program.
