Not that we don't appreciate green beer, but we're celebrating with just a hint of green. Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

"Hint of Green"
5-6 fresh basil leaves
1-1/2 oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Muddle basil with lemon juice in cocktail shaker.
Add the gin and the simple syrup. Shake over ice.
Strain over fresh ice into rocks glass.
Shamrock garnish!

Celebrating Winter Solstice ~
Light is on the Way
1-1/2 oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
2 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh blood orange juice
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters (optional)
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice, or up.

Something simple for this Sunny Fall Weekend!
1-1/2 oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
2 oz Apple Cider
Ginger Beer-your favorite!
Apple garnish

Shake Amethyst and Apple Cider over ice
Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice
Top with Ginger Beer
Garnish with Apple Slices
Cheers!

When you find huckleberries at the Farmer's Market!
Muddle huckleberries, 1 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup.
Add 1-1/2 oz Amethyst Lavender Gin. Shake with ice.
Strain (or not!) over fresh ice. Top with seltzer. Garnish.

Wishing you a Happy & Safe 4th of July!
We're celebrating with this refreshing Watermelon Sparkler.
Skip the bartending duties, and make a pitcher!
4 cups fresh watermelon juice
12 fresh mint leaves
1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2-3/4 cup simple syrup
1-1/2 to 2 cups Amethyst Lavender Gin
Seltzer to top
Add mint to a tall pitcher, muddle gently
Add watermelon juice, simple syrup, lemon juice & Amethyst . Stir to mix.
Fill a glass with ice, add watermelon/gin mixture, top with seltzer.
Stir to combine, garnish with mint, lemon, watermelon, a sparkler!

Our Summer Solstice tradition- Cheers to the longest day of the year!

Summer Solstice
1½ oz Amethyst Lavender Gin
½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
1½ oz Sparkling Wine
1 Peach Wedge & 3 Bing Cherries
(Extra for garnish)
Muddle peach and cherries. Add Amethyst, Elderflower Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice.
Shake with ice.
Fine Strain into a flute, the top with Sparkling Wine. Garnish

Picnic perfect cocktail for a picnic perfect day!
Drinking Gin Daisy
1-1/2 ounces Amethyst Lavender Gin
¾ ounce orange liqueur
¾ ounce lemon juice
2 teaspoons grenadine
Splash of soda water
Daisy, Lemon slice, Mint Sprig garnish
Instructions
Shake Amethyst, orange liqueur, lemon juice and Grenadine in a cocktail shaker over ice.
Strain into a an ice filled rocks glass. Crushed is nice!
Top with soda, garnish.
Sip & Enjoy!
