We're at Local Roots Market every Saturday through the end of September — and this week's no exception. 🌿

Fresh microgreens, grown in Otis and cut same morning. Broccoli, pea shoots, blends, sunflower shoots — all chemical-free, all Non-GMO. The cooler fall air has been doing great things for the grow room lately.

The most satisfying microgreen we grow. Thick, crunchy, and full of flavor.

Feature: Harvested at 10 to 14 days when the large cotyledon leaves are fully open. Mild, nutty taste with a satisfying crunch that holds up in any dish.

Advantage: Sunflower shoots lead our lineup in plant-based protein. They're also loaded with Vitamin E, B-complex vitamins, magnesium, and zinc, nutrients that most people simply don't get enough of.
