Today’s mission: safely rehoming a strong 2–5 year old hive built into a brick surface nearly 10 feet off the ground. 🐝💪🇺🇸

No shame in our game — when it comes to saving bees, nothing is impossible with my crew, my family, and me. Long hours, heavy lifting, teamwork, and a whole lot of patience, but every hive rescued means thousands of pollinators get a second chance to thrive at the apiary.

Out here at the apiary surrounded by blooming Texas yellow flowers and busy bees doing what they do best. There’s something peaceful about working the hives, listening to the hum, and watching nature come alive this season.

Beekeeping has become more than a hobby — it’s therapy, purpose, and a reminder to slow down and stay grounded. Proud to be a veteran beekeeper caring for these hardworking pollinators that help keep Texas blooming. 🇺🇸🐝🌼

Another successful bee rehoming mission today — this hive was over 12 feet off the ground and took about 5–6 hours to carefully remove. 🐝💪

We took our time because protecting the comb mattered. No rushing, no cutting corners — the goal was to save as much of the hive as possible without crushing their hard work. Every comb holds brood, honey, pollen, and the future of the colony.

It takes patience, teamwork with Ifraín Davis and respect for the bees to do it right. Proud of my crew/family for putting in the work and proving again that nothing is impossible when you care about the mission. 🇺🇸🌼
