Every beer you've ever loved started with the same basic ingredients: water, grain, hops, and yeast. But where that yeast likes to work changes everything.
⬆️ Top-Fermented Beers (Ales) Fermented warmer, with yeast that rises to the top of the tank. These beers tend to be bold, expressive, and full of character. Think notes of fruit, spice, and complexity.
