Getting our Amphorae ready for fermentation and aging!

These hand made terracotta jars micro-oxygenate wine to soften and integrate the tannins and flavor profiles. We aim to extract these profiles for our low intervention, fruit-forward wines. They ever-so-gently enhance the high desert dust and minerality notes in our wines as well.
