Our Story
Gluten Free Wok didn't start as a business.

It started with a simple frustration.

As a mom with gluten intolerance, I missed something I had loved my entire life...

A really good dumpling.

Not one that fell apart.

Not one that tasted "good for gluten-free."

A real dumpling with the soft, chewy wrapper and comforting texture I remembered.

After countless weekends, late nights, and more test batches than I can count, we finally created something we were proud to serve our own family.

That's how Gluten Free Wok was born.

We're excited to share our handcrafted gluten-free dumplings with our community this fall.

Because no one should have to give up great food because of gluten.
