Hello everyone!! We’ve got a pen ready to go and date set for 3/25. Please let us know ASAP if you’re interested in a half or whole carcass. Inspected, cut to your specifications, vacuum sealed, and can be delivered free in Ellis County or a small fee elsewhere.

Whole: Approx 600 lbs = $6.00/lb

Half: Approx 300 lbs = $7.00/lb

1/2 deposit with cut sheet, balance due before pickup. Delivery fees outside of Ellis County additional.
