🐷🚜 It's been a busy week at Hartbecke Cattle Company!

We wrapped up chopping on our new hay seeding, and it's always satisfying to see the hard work pay off. Meanwhile, the piglets continue to grow and keep us entertained every day.

We're also excited because we're getting pork back from processing this week, which means some customer favorites are making their return!

🏁 Special Guest at the Market This Saturday! 🏁

We're excited to announce that we'll be hosting a dirt track stock car and driver behind the Hartbecke Cattle Company booth this Saturday at the Dubuque Farmers Market!

Whether you're a longtime racing fan or just curious to see the car up close, be sure to stop by and check it out. You'll have a chance to meet the driver, ask questions, and get a closer look at the machine that tears up the dirt track.

While you're there, don't forget to stop by our booth for your favorite farm-raised products, including brats, pork chops, steaks, roasts, fresh eggs, and some exciting new products.

Hartbecke Cattle Company will be at the Dubuque Farmers Market tomorrow from 7:00 AM to Noon in our usual location.

Our brats continue to be a customer favorite, and the beef and pork sticks make a perfect snack for summer activities, road trips, and busy days.

We're still waiting on ground beef and pork sausage, but both should be returning soon, so keep an eye on our page for updates.

Dubuque Farmers' Market

Exciting news from the farm! 🐷

One of the highlights of this week has been the arrival of piglets. There's always something special about seeing the next generation growing and thriving, and it's a reminder of how much life changes from season to season on the farm.

We also made it through the recent weather with only minor damage. We lost a tree, but we're thankful that's all. Farming always comes with challenges, and we're grateful for the support of our community through it all.

As we look ahead, we're waiting for ground beef and pork sausage to return to inventory soon. In the meantime, we'll be at the market this Saturday with plenty of other great options including steaks, roasts, eggs, and our popular beef and pork sticks.

We can't wait to see everyone this weekend!

☀️ Summer is keeping us busy at Hartbecke Cattle Company! ☀️

The dry weather has allowed us to keep moving on farm projects, and this week we're getting started on second cutting hay. Between hay season, calves still arriving, and piglets expected soon, there's never a dull moment around here.

We're also looking forward to adding more products back to our inventory. We're waiting on a call to pick up pork from the processor, and we have a steer headed in this week as well.
