Miller Cattle Company

Miller Cattle Company Owned by Bubba and Amy Miller, Miller Cattle Company is located in Eros, Louisiana. We are stewards of God's blessing in our life. But God!
(1)

We are a regenerative farm keeping bees and raising organic, grass-fed beef and lamb. Regenerative agriculture is an innovative way of restoring and nourishing the earth so that, in return, it restores and nourishes the people it provides for. Our end goal is to supply grass-fed beef and lamb, and natural honey to our family and others as we can supply for the demand. This land and all that is on

it is a responsibility we consider an honor to watch over and attend to. Miller Cattle Company began with Bubba Miller's dream, and property that we thought was out of our reach.

🐝 If you guessed honeycomb on this morning's picture, you are right! 🐝

I rendered some of our honeycomb down to get the beeswax, and I’m using it for more than just making products. I’ll use it to put fresh wax back onto the frames that will be going back into the hives.

Because we got such a late start harvesting honey this year after that late freeze, I want to give our bees a little jump start as they prepare for winter. 🐝❤️
Bees have to work incredibly hard to build all that beautiful comb before they even start producing honey.

They do so much for us by giving us this incredible honey. The least we can do is help take care of them, too. 🍯🐝

Come hear more about bekeeping and helping our ecosystem out by helping our bees at the Miller Homestead Fair on October 10th.

Mama love. ❤️🐮
Our newest baby girl is getting a bath! This little one is just a couple of days old, maybe.

As I’ve mentioned before, tallow comes from these beautiful animals. We keep the girls to grow our herd and give us more beautiful babies. The boys are usually banded, become steers, and eventually provide beef for our family and friends.
It’s a beautiful circle of provision. ❤️

God provides, and we strive to be good stewards of what He has given us. We use every part we can, turning what these animals provide into things that help our family live a little more self-sufficiently.

From the pasture to the table—and even to the skincare on your shelf—we’re grateful for every part of the process. 🌱🐮

Join us on October 10th at the Miller Homestead Fair to learn more about regenerative farming and tallow production.

Cap is showing out!😂

He found one of the tires we used for the Miller Homestead Fair last year and decided it was the perfect opportunity to bling up for his new girls. 😎

Nothing says “new guy on the farm” quite like some new at-tire! 😝🛞🐮

Cap’s First Day on the Farm!

While Captain was getting settled in on his very first day, Bubba was up the hill pulling polywire and creating a path for the girls to move into the corral to meet their new man! 😂❤️

There’s always a plan behind the scenes when you’re moving cattle—especially when you’re working with rotational grazing and temporary fencing. We’re teaching the cattle where to go, keeping them moving, and making the most of every bit of pasture.

Welcome to the farm, big guy! We’re excited to see what the future holds. 🌱🐮

We left y'all hanging on the name of our new sire bull. We love that you guys jumped in on this one. There were some REALLY GOOD names!

An overwhelming choice was for him to claim his place as WFC, aka Captian. We love it! Thanks for joining in on the fun!
